How to Hard Reset on CAT S31 S?
- Make sure you turned off your phone.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- Keep holding the keys and connect your device to PC via the USB cable.
- Wait until the Caterpillar logo appears and then release the keys.
- Next select «wipe data/factory reset» using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Choose «yes» using the same keys.
- Press «reboot system now» to finish the process.
- That's all! After these actions, your device data will be deleted.
