How to Hard Reset on ZTE P897A21 Grand S II?
- Make sure you turned off the device.
- Hold down the Volume keys and the Power button.
- When the Boot Mode appears, release the keys.
- Open the Recovery Mode using the Volume keys.
- Next select «wipe data/factory reset» using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Choose «yes» using the same keys.
- Press «reboot system now» to finish the process.
- That's all! After these actions, your device data will be deleted.
