How to Hard Reset on TP-Link TP9131A Neffos X20 Pro?
- Make sure you turned off the device.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- Wait until the Boot Mode appears and then release the keys.
- Open the Recovery Mode using the Volume keys.
- Then hold down the Power button and press the Volume Up key.
- Next select «wipe data/factory reset» using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Choose «yes» using the same keys.
- Press «reboot system now» to finish the process.
- That's all! After these actions, your device data will be deleted.
