How to Hard Reset on Sugar R11 Soap?
- Make sure you turned off your phone.
- Hold down the Volume Down key and the Power button.
- Wait until the Boot Mode appears and then release the keys.
- Press the Volume Up key to open the Recovery Mode.
- Then select "Wipe data/Factory reset" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Choose "Yes" using the same keys.
- Press "Reboot system now" to complete the process.
- Nice work! After these actions, the data on your device will be deleted.
