How to Master Reset on Sony ST25 Xperia U?
- Make sure you turned off the phone.
- Hold down the Volume Up key, the Home key and the Power button.
- When the phone's logo appears, release the keys.
- Go for "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume keys and the Home/Power button.
- Then Select "Yes - delete all user data" to finish the process.
