How to Total Reset on Sony C2005 Xperia M Dual?
- Install the Xperia Companion application on yor PC http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/.
- Open the application.
- Select the "Support Zone New!" option and press "Start".
- When a new menu appears, go for the "Phone / Tablet Software Update" option.
- Choose "repair my phone / tablet".
- Follow the instructions on the screen to perform the operation.
- After you are asked to select the device model, a new window will appear.
- Connect your device to PC.
- That's all! After these actions, your device data will be deleted
