Necesito resetear el telefono pero este no responde a la combinación de las teclas POWER+SUBIR VOL, no prende, y esta encendida la luz indicadora. Pero no responde ni a la tecla de POWER. Alguna idea de como cortar el suministro de energía para suponer que esta apagado y entonces aplicar el procedimiento de HARD RESET?
