How to Hard Reset on HTC D820u Desire 820 Dual SIM TD-LTE?
- Make sure you turned off your phone.
- Hold down the Power button and the Volume Down key for ten seconds.
- Select "Recovery" with the Volume keys and the Power button.
- When you see the phone's image, hold down the Volume Up key and the Power key.
- Use the Volume key and the Power button to select "Wipe data/factory reset".
- Then go for "Yes - delete all user data" to finish the process.
