How to Hard Reset on ERGO A553 Power?

Make sure you turned off the device.
Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button.
Wait until the device turns on and then release the Power button.
Keep pressing the Volume key until the Recovery Mode appears.
Then select "Wipe data/Factory reset" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
Choose "Yes" using the same keys.
Press "Reboot system now" to complete the process.
