How to Hard Reset on Asus ZE550ML ZenFone 2 4G LTE?
- Make sure you turned off the device.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- Wait until the Alcatel logo appear then release only the Power key.
- Then until the Recovery Mode appear then release only the Volume Up key.
- Choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the same keys.
- Select "yes" to confirm the operation.
