How to Hard Reset on Asus ZB551KL ZenFone Go Dual SIM LTE?
- Make sure you turned off the device.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- Wait until the Asus logo appear then release the keys.
- Then choose Recovery using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Wait until the Android logo appear then press the Power key.
- Next press the Volume Up button once.
- Choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the same keys.
- Select "yes" to confirm the operation.
- Press "reboot system now" to finish the process.
- That's all! After these actions, your phone data will be deleted.
