- Turn on your device.
- In Settings choose "General".
- Now select "About phone".
- Now tap "Software info".
- Tap "Build number" seven times and return to "Settings".
- Now, open "Developer options" and activate "USB debugging".
- Great Job! Developer options and USB debugging have been enabled
