- For owners of iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, one of the easiest ways is to check those numbers in the Settings menu:
- Open Settings.
- Then, select General.
- In General, press About.
- Scroll down to see all the needed information.
- You can also find the serial number of your device in iTunes:
- Connect your device to a computer.
- Then, open iTunes.
- Click on the Summary tab.
- For owners of Mac:
- Open the Apple Menu.
- Then, select About This Mac.

- iBooks (White) - Under the keyboard.
- Intel iMac, iMac G5 - Under the main stand.
- Mac Pro, PowerMac G5 – On the lower cover under the side panel.
