- Switch off the device.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- When the "Boot Mode" appears, release the keys and open the "Recovery Mode" using the Volume keys.
- Now hold down the Power button and press the Volume Up key.
- Next, choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Finally, choose "yes" and "reboot system now" using the same keys.
- That's all! Wait until the process is completed.
