- When you turned off the phone press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- Wait when the Android logo appears, release the keys.
- Next open the "Recovery Mode" by pressing the Power button.
- Now choose "wipe data/factory reset" and "Yes" using the Volume keys.
- Tap on "reboot system now" to finish the process.
- Nice job! Wait until the process is completed.
