- Make sure you switched off the phone.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button until the Mi logo appears.
- On the next screen, select "Wipe & Reset" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Choose "Wipe All Data" using the same keys.
- Finally, press "Reboot" and "Yes" to complete the process.
- Please note that after a Hard Reset your phone data cannot be restored.
