- When the device is turned off, press the Volume Down key and the Power button at the same time.
- Once you see the TECNO logo on the display, release the keys.
- Press the Power button and the Volume Up key when the Android logo appears.
- Then select "Wipe data/Factory reset" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Choose "Yes" to confirm.
- Press "Reboot system now" to restart your phone.
- Excellent! As soon as the process ends, all user data will be lost.
