- With the device switched off, press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- As soon as the Android logo appears, release the keys.
- Then press the Power button to open the Recovery Mode.
- Select "Wipe data/Factory reset" using the Volume Down key to navigate and the Volume Up key to confirm.
- Choose "Reboot system now" using the same keys.
- Wonderful! After a Hard Reset is completed, all user data will be lost.
