- Make sure you turned off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- Once the Android logo appears on the display, let go of all the keys.
- Press the Power button or the Home key to open the Recovery Mode.
- After that, select "Wipe data/Factory reset" and "Yes" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Choose "Reboot system now" to finish the operation.
- Attention! After a Hard Reset, the memory of your phone cannot be restored.
