- Make sure you turned off the phone.
- Hold down the Volume Down key and the Power button.
- Wait until the device logo appears and then release the keys.
- Then select "English" and "Wipe data" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Enter your password and choose "Format Data".
- Press "Ok" to confirm the operation.
- Nice work! The data on your cell phone will be deleted.
