- When you turn off the phone, press and hold the Volume Down key and the Power button.
- Next, release the keys when the device logo appears.
- Now select "English" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Then select "Wipe data" and "Wipe data(Keep SMS, Contacts and Photos)"using the same keys.
- Press "Ok" and "Reboot" to complete the process.
- Cool! The data on your device will be deleted.
