- Turn off the phone.
- Next, hold down the Volume Down key and the Power button for a few seconds.
- Wait until the Android logo appears and then release the buttons.
- Now select "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Finally, choose "yes - delete all user data" and "Reboot system now" using the same keys.
