- Switch off the device, then hold down the Volume Down key and the Power button.
- Wait until a logo appears and then release the keys.
- Here tap on "English" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Now choose "Wipe data" using the same keys.
- Then select "Format data".
- Click on "Ok" two times to confirm your actions.
- Great! You have reset the phone.
