- Press the Power button to turn off your phone.
- Then hold down the "*" key, the "3" key, the Call button, and the Power button.
- As soon as the Nokia logo appears, release the keys.
- Type in your password or the standard one (12345).
- That's it! You have successfully reset the phone.
