- First of all, make sure you turned off the phone.
- Then, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down buttons.
- Release the buttons when you see a new menu on the display.
- In that menu, select "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume buttons and the Power button.
- Choose "yes" with the same keys to confirm.
- Finally, click on "Reboot to System" to restart the device.
- Well done! After these actions, all data on your phone will be erased.
