- Check whether the device is turned off.
- Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down key for several seconds.
- When the device vibrates, press the Volume key once again.
- As soon as you see an exclamation mark on the screen, release the keys.
- Press the following keys: the Volume Up key, the Volume Down key, the Power button and the Volume Down key.
- Please note that when a Hard Reset is completed, you will not be able to restore your data.
