- Check whether the phone is switched off.
- Hold down the Power button.
- After the device vibrates, press and hold the Volume Down key.
- When you see an exclamation mark on the display, release both keys.
- Hold down the Volume Up key, the Volume Down key, the Power button, and the Volume Down key.
- Remember that this operation deletes all user data on your phone.
