- Make sure the device is turned off.
- Put your device on a charger.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- Release all the keys when the Android logo appears.
- Hold down the Power button again and press the Volume Up key.
- Then use the Volume keys and the Power button to choose "wipe data/factory reset" and "yes".
- Finally, select "reboot system now" to turn on the device.
