- Switch Off your phone.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- When the "Android" logo appears, release the keys.
- Hold down the Volume keys to open the Recovery Mode.
- Now choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Finally, confirm the process by pressing "Yes".
- You can't restore the memory of your device after a Hard Reset.
