- You should switch off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Now choose "Recovery".
- To do this, use the Volume Down key to navigate and the Volume Up key to confirm.
- When the "Android" logo appears, hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- Here select "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Finally, confirm the process. That's all!
