- Switch off the device and hold down the Power key and the Volume up key.
- Wait until the "MMI Test" appears and then release all buttons.
- Here select "Restore factory settings" and "Reset" to confirm your actions".
- Now your device will reboot! The memory of your device cannot be restored.
