- Switch off the phone.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- When the "Recovery Mode" appears, release the keys.
- Now choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Next, click on "yes" using the same keys.
- Select "reboot system now".
- Great! Wait until your device restarts.
