- Make sure you switched off the phone.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button for a few seconds.
- Wait until a bootloader screen appears, then release the keys.
- Now select "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume keys, the Home&Menu keys, and the Power button.
- Choose "factory reset".
- Finally, press "reboot system now" to finish the process.
- Good work! After a hard reset, your phone data will be deleted.
