- Turn off the phone.
- Hold down the Volume Up key and the Power button for a few seconds.
- Wait until the Alcatel logo appears, then release the buttons.
- Now select "Recovery" using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- In the Recovery menu choose "wipe data/factory reset" using the same keys.
- Finally, tap on "yes" and "reboot system now" to finish the process.
- Good Job! You should know that your device data will be deleted.
