- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power button.
- Wait until the Alcatel logo appears, then release the keys and choose English using the Volume keys and the Power button.
- Here select "wipe data/factory reset" and "yes" using the same keys.
- Tap on "reboot system now" to finish the process.
- You should know that this process erases all user data.
