- The phone must be on.
- Use phone's Dialer to enter the code: 3845#*Model code# or 277634#*# or *#546368#*Model code#.
- "Model code" is a model of your phone. For example, if you have the LG G635, then "Model code" = 635.
- Then, touch "SVC Menu" & "Hidden Menu".
- Select "Factory Reset".
- Click on "OK" to finish the process.
- After these actions, your device data will be deleted.
