Apple's Health app

Good health is above wealth. Indeed, good health has always been one of the main priorities in human life. Today, we have thousands of ways to maintain our health. For example, Apple's Health app. It allows you to track your activity and manage information about your physical condition. The application collects information about your health from various sources, including iPhone and Apple Watch, so you can access the data from one place. It automatically tracks your steps, walking, and running distances. You can also enter information by yourself or import data from other apps or devices that are compatible with Health. But first, you should set up your account.

  1. Open the Health app and go to the Summary tab.
  2. Tap your profile picture.
  3. Click on Health Profile and then select Edit.
  4. Enter your information, such as height, weight, and age to personalize the profile.
  5. Press Done to confirm changes.
  6. In addition, you can also your add your Medical ID or register to be an organ donor from your profile.

The application offers many categories that can be tracked. You can add some of them to your favorites. Your favorites show your health indicators in each category that day.

  1. Open the Health app and go to the Summary tab.
  2. Then, press Edit in the upper-right corner.
  3. To add or remove a category, tap it. Your favorites are marked with a blue star.
  4. Press Done to confirm changes.

If you use other apps to track different things, you should synchronize them with the Health app to update your data.

  1. Open the Health app and go to the Summary tab.
  2. Tap your profile picture.
  3. Under Privacy, press Apps.
  4. Now you'll see your apps that are compatible with Health.
  5. Select an app and turn on the categories that you want to be tracked.

The main idea of the app is not only to collect data about your health but also to monitor your progress and show whether your results are positive or negative.

  1. Open the Health app and go to the Summary tab.
  2. Scroll down to Highlights.
  3. Select a highlight to find out more about that category or press Show All Highlights.
